How do I cancel my order?

No worries! The TactSuit works with any standard Bluetooth adapter that supports Bluetooth 4.0 or above. If you no longer have the included Bluetooth dongle, you can use another one that meets these requirements.

I lost my Bluetooth dongle. What are my options?

The TactSuit works with Windows Mixed Reality headsets. 
 In normal circumstances and environments, such as a show room, office, and home environments, you will have no issues using your WMR controllers and TactSuit together. However, you may experience interference when using them together in a crowded environment, such as exhibitions and trade shows, where there are lots of strong Wi-Fi signals.

Will my TactSuit interfere with WMR controller tracking because of Bluetooth?

Bluetooth connection between bHaptics devices and consoles is currently not supported.

Sometimes, orders are split into multiple packages, and the remaining package may still be on its way. Check the tracking status to see if there is a second package scheduled for delivery. It usually arrives the same day or within one business day. If it hasn’t arrived by then, please contact our support team with your Order ID and tracking number so we can assist you further.

I received only part of my order. What should I do?

Prices and shipping fees on the bHaptics Shop do not include any taxes or customs duties that may apply in your country. bHaptics is located in South Korea, and all orders are shipped from here. Once your order has shipped, the shipping courier may contact you regarding import duties or taxes for international packages, based on your local regulations.



For U.S. orders, import fees are already included in the shipping fee, so no additional customs charges will apply.

One of my devices keeps dropping out. What do I do?

If you cannot pair your TactSuit to PC via Bluetooth, please follow the steps below: 
 Open Device Manager on your PC, expand the Bluetooth branch, and check if you see all 3 of the following drivers: 
 &#8211; Generic Bluetooth Radio 
 &#8211; Bluetooth Enumerator 
 &#8211; Bluetooth LE enumerator
 If you see all of the items above, please make sure you have the latest version of the bHaptics Player installed on your PC. If you continue to experience the issue, please contact <a href="mailto:support@bhaptics.com">bHaptics Support Team</a> with a screenshot of error message on your bHaptics Player.
 If you can’t see all of the items above, it is because your PC’s internal Bluetooth or previously installed Bluetooth driver is interfering with the provided dongle. 
 1. Remove the provided dongle from your PC and then disable your PC’s internal Bluetooth. 
 2. If there is a previously installed Bluetooth driver, such as CSR Bluetooth Radio, please uninstall all software related to the driver. 
 3. Restart your PC and reinsert the provided dongle. 
 4. In order to secure the line-of-sight between the dongle and TactSuit, make sure the dongle is facing your play area. 
 5. Open Bluetooth settings on your PC and enable Bluetooth. Check if the dongle is properly scanning Bluetooth devices around you. 
 6. Open bHaptics Player and turn on your bHaptics device 
 7. Right-click on scanned device icon(s) and click Pair

I cannot get the Bluetooth dongle to work.

You can go as far as 10M in a normal environment, but it is heavily dependent on your environment. 
 It could be further when a line-of-the-sight between the dongle and devices is secured, but shorter when there is heavy wireless signal disturbance.

How far can you go away from Bluetooth source?

It depends on your wireless environment; however, in a normal office setting, the latency is less than 20ms (99th percentile). You wouldn’t be able to notice latency when playing games.

Is there a possibility that Bluetooth latency or interference occurs?

You can use one Bluetooth dongle to connect multiple bHaptics devices; however, due to Windows protocols, you can connect up to 5 Bluetooth devices at a time. 
 Each arm/hand/foot device is considered as one Bluetooth device; therefore, you cannot use all TactSuit devices together at once. 
 An accessory that will allow you connect all the devices together is currently under development. If you are a business client and would like to connect more than 5 bHaptics devices at the same time, please contact <a href="mailto:support@bhaptics.com">bHaptics Support Team</a>.

How many TactSuit devices can I connect using the provided Bluetooth dongle?

TactSuit Pro and TactSuit Air both deliver immersive feedback but come with unique features tailored to different user needs.



TactSuit Pro is equipped with 32 haptic motors, providing a more detailed feedback experience, and includes an LED Controller Wheel, allowing users to precisely adjust the intensity of haptic sensations during use.



TactSuit Air, on the other hand, features 16 haptic motors within a lightweight design, ideal for unrestricted movement. It also comes in two stunning colorways—Onyx and Ash—offering both style and versatility.

What is the Difference Between TactSuit Pro and TactSuit Air?

The main part of any bHaptics device, which includes electric motors and wires, cannot be washed under any circumstances. If contamination occurs, gently wipe the affected area with a soft cloth.

Our products are designed with users aged 13 and older in mind, both in terms of size and technical features. The vest is not sized for children, and improper sizing can lead to discomfort or adverse health effects.

Is the bHaptics TactSuit suitable for children?

The bHaptics TactSuit does not include body tracking features. Similarly, the TactGlove does not offer hand tracking on its own but is compatible with camera-based hand tracking systems like the Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, and Ultraleap’s Leap Motion.
For body tracking, our Tactosy for Hands and Tactosy for Feet come with tracker mounts, allowing you to attach your own trackers for games that require tracking body movements.

Is TactSuit really one-size-fits-all?

To find the right size for your TactGlove DK2, it&#8217;s essential to measure your hand accurately. Here&#8217;s how you can do it:

Can I use TactSuit when watching videos/films on Netflix, Disney +, YouTube?

You can receive audio-based haptics when listening to music or watching video on your phone. 
 The Audio-to-Haptics mode with mobile requires a wired connection between your phone, TactSuit X, and headphones.
 Note: Audio-based haptics is not available for Bluetooth headphones.

Is TactSuit compatible with mobile apps?

You can use TactSuit X40 and TactSuit X16 to play PC games with audio-based haptic feedback. 
 You will be able to feel the direction of gunshots, footsteps and explosions with TactSuit X. 
 We provide a mod for CS:GO and audio-to-haptic presets optimized for some of the popular FPS games.

Is TactSuit compatible with AR devices, such as Hololens and Magic Leap?

Absolutely. You can wear your tracking devices on top of or under your TactSuit and Bluetooth signals will not interfere with each other. Tactosy for Hands and Tactosy for Feet come with mounts for VIVE trackers.

Can I use VIVE trackers with TactSuit?

There are two ways to enjoy VR Games with TactSuit:

Is TactSuit compatible with Meta Quest?

Audio-based haptics is automatically generated haptic feedback based on audio output of content. The Audio-to-Haptics mode converts audio signals into haptic feedback in real time without noticeable latency. 
Using the Audio-to-Haptics mode, you can enjoy any type of content, such as PC game, movie and music. We offer various Audio-to-Haptics themes, including, PC FPS and Melody, which you can customize to your liking. You can configure Audio-to-Haptics frequency settings and create your own Audio-to-Haptics profiles by using the <a href="https://www.bhaptics.com/support/downloads" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bHaptics Studio</a> (PC).
Note: You will receive audio-based haptic feedback, instead of embedded feedback, if you have the Audio-to-Haptic mode turned on while playing content with native support.

You can enjoy any type of content with audio output using Audio-to-Haptics, including music, movies, and PC, console, or VR games. For Windows PC, Audio-to-Haptics can be used wirelessly. On all other platforms, a wired connection is required to use this feature.

What type of content can I enjoy with Audio-to-Haptics?

If you are a PC or PCVR user, you can use Wireless Audio-to-Haptics via Bluetooth connection with your PC and PCVR. This feature is available for TactSuit Pro, TactSuit Air, TactSuit X40, TactSuit X16, and Tactosy for Arms.
If you are a console or standalone VR user, you can enjoy Audio-to-Haptics via a wired connection. To do this, connect your TactSuit, gaming device, and headphones using an audio cable and a Y-jack.

What is the difference between wireless Audio-to-Haptics and wired Audio-to-Haptics?

If you want to create profiles for PC and PCVR 
 1. Open <a href="https://www.bhaptics.com/support/downloads" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bHaptics Player</a> and pair your TactSuit to PC
2. Click <img src="https://cdn.bhaptics.com/homepage/support/assets/43c94702829b.png" /> to enable Audio-to-Haptics mode
3. Click <img src="https://cdn.bhaptics.com/homepage/support/assets/5a1f58066d17.png" /> to open bHaptics Studio
 4. Sign in to the bHaptics Studio to use the software 
 5. Select Edit Preset Theme to edit existing Audio-to-Haptics profile/preset 
 Select Create New Theme to create your own Audio-to-Haptic profile/preset 
 6. Configure Audio-to-Haptics frequency settings
 If you want to edit profiles for standalone VR or console 
 1. Connect your TactSuit X, standalone VR/console, and headphones using an audio cable and Y-jack. 
 2. Press the power button on your TactSuit for pairing 
 3. Open <a href="https://www.bhaptics.com/support/downloads" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bHaptics Player</a> app on your phone and pair your TactSuit X 
 4. Tap Audio To Haptic from the bottom menu 
 5. Configure Audio-to-Haptics frequency settings

Audio-based haptics on console requires a wired connection between your console, TactSuit and headphones. Make sure to have an audio cable, Y-jack, and headphones ready.
